The Eastbourne Cider of the Festival 2023 was Seacider’s Raspberry Ripple. Two branch members made the journey to Ditchling to present the award. Cider maker Mark is stretched, to the extent that the husband and wife team were relieved to employ their son, returning from university for Easter. So it was on the understanding that it would be a short visit that we arrived at the cidery.
